Returns

If you are not happy with your Steadyrack product, it may be returned to us provided it meets the following criteria:

  1. It is within 30 days of receiving the product
  2. It was purchased from this website (steadyrack.com)
  3. It is the current style or design
  4. It is in new condition and in unopened original packaging
  5. We have been notified of the return beforehand and provided you with a return address

Once we have received the Steadyrack(s) your refund will be processed if it meets the above criteria. Please note, the Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping fees. The refund will be issued for the returned racks only.

Submit the returns form below. You will then be given an address to return your Steadyrack(s).

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party you nominate, receives the goods.

HOW TO WITHDRAW

To exercise your right to withdraw, you can use the withdrawal function on our website by selecting "Order Withdrawl" button in website the footer, or you can contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will confirm your withdrawal request without delay.

REFUNDS

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.

SEPARATE FROM STANDARD RETURNS

This right of withdrawal is separate from our standard returns policy below, which you may also choose to use.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for purchases made elsewhere - please contact your original point of purchase to return your Steadyrack. Warranty claims excepted – select Warranty Claim below.
